Very Flexible – We had a lot of viewing requests with her.  We’ve have been sending her listings almost everyday and she was able to schedule 100% of the available ones.  She was also very considerate in taking into account our availability since both Aiz and myself are working during the day.

Efficient – Aside from granting our viewings, she managed to arrange them in a way that our travel from one place to another is very organized.  We’re not all over the place traveling back and forth. All of the meetings with the other realtors are perfectly done.

Detail Oriented – From the time we first met Teresa, she was very open and transparent in explaining the contract per item.  During our viewings, she knows what to ask for and what to look at. Things that we would not even be aware of when buying our first home.  This saved us a lot in terms of inheriting possible burdens on our purchase. She knows exactly what we are looking for and always remember those which helped us filter our selections. Oh and the reminders, follow ups, and updates were relayed to us in a very tactful manner and we didn’t feel that we were pressured at all.  In fact, we really appreciate them.

Transparent – We were never forced to make blind decision.  There were several options presented to us from start to finish.  Each of these options were also explained to us in detail and even provided us with scenarios for better explanation.

Punctual – She was never late in our appointments.  She’s also prompt in giving us updates and feedback from our queries.  

Teresa went over and beyond in doing her role.  We felt like we were treated more than just clients and she established good relationship with us.  With that, we really felt at ease and confident during this whole process. We didn’t end up settling something for less and we are really happy with this transaction.  More to this is we felt re-assured that we can still count on her in the future.
